I was able to make my kind of urgent appt with an actual person who works in the Hastings office, Terese… she knows her stuff … got me in the following day, explained my out of network charges, was great with all my paperwork and very friendly and professional! The new audiologist , Dr Kari C was knowledgeable, good at explaining and knowing the records I had brought from an earlier ENT /Audiologist appt .
