I would not recommend this company at all.
Avacom Computer Services – Highly recommended. Took my son's laptop to Micro Center to have his monitor replaced because of a backlight issue. They charged me $75 upfront to keep it for 2.5 weeks to tell me they couldn't fix it there and had to ship it out. Disgusted, I took it to Avacom where they fixed it very quickly. They are very professional, and I would not hesitate to return for their services. Don't waste your time at the retail stores.....take it to the professionals.
After being put on hold for 45!! minutes when trying to get someone from Geek Squad to help me with my laptop I decided i had enough, i quickly looked up a Laptop repair company and up came Avacom. I got a nice friendly voice on the other side (not a machine), they were right down the street so I simply took my laptop down and they had it ready for me the very next day. Hassle free! This is the type of customer service I was looking for. I am going to use them from now on.
I brought my HP Laptop that was under warranty and they had it ready for me the next day. I had a lot of trouble with getting anyone to do the warranty work on it. I looked on the HP website and they had Avacom listed as a warranty provider which was excellent for me since they were so close by. I highly recommend them for any repair work. They were fast and extremely polite.
They were very helpful right off the bat. I called in, spoke with one of their techs about my printer problem and the noise it was making, he gave me some advice of what i can do, when that didnt solve it they were quick to send someone out and got the problem fixed right away. I really liked the fact that they tried to help me on the phone and was plain and honest about it. I would recommend them any day!
I Highly Recommend Them! – They Fixed my computer very fast. They tell you the cost upfront and are honest about if it would require parts. I found their techs to be very professional. This is a very good location to have them in. I wouldn't hesistate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone. Oh, and they were very helpful on the phone.
Very Friendly and Fast! – I needed assistance with removing a bad Trojan horse virus that would not allow me to use my system. They backed my data up, cleaned and updated everything for me. When I installed my system it even felt like it was running faster. Thank you!!!
