Although I had a positive experience with Avalon Marlborough community during my tenancy, my opinion changed after I moved out. I believe how management treats tenants during move out is a crucial factor in assessing one's renting experience, and unfortunately, Avalon Marlborough did not meet my expectations. During my move-out walkthrough on 3/1/23, I pointed out some staining and dirt marks on the carpets. They treated us worse than animals when we lived there. The apartments are not well maintained and the staff were always rude and hot tempered probably because we are immigrants. Matt the maintenance head does know his job. We had no choice than to move on.
I put in a work order to have my heater looked at since no heat was felt. Erick L. was quick to respond and attempted to remedy the issue, unfortunately there was more involved which entailed a few days to fix the problem. Erick made sure to provide heaters in the meantime. He is an asset to the company and very pleasant!
FRAUD... Ms. Martha Foster is actively engaged in defrauding future tenants. I came to Ava after my new townhome flooded, a total loss. I walked in asked for a month to month, which Ms. Martha said the building offered. According to her (a Karen) boss, that's not true. Then why would Ms. Martha lie to me?? I had another place, already locked down, when Ms. Martha baited me into the Ava. She smiled in my face and lied! Instead of a month to month, Ms. Martha had me sign 13month lease!! I moved in June 2022. And love the amenities this beautiful community has to offered. The Avalon maintenance are on it. When it come to request. Also, the building management team of Allan Chapman and Greg Schiff are superb. My wife and I loved this place. You would to.
I have lived here for about a month now and have been impressed by the overall quality it is to live here. For the exceptional service to the beautiful apartments, I have really enjoyed my time here so far. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a luxury apartment complex to check out Avalon Rockville Centre
Watch Yourself - They Are Not Honest People to Work With!!! I have a client/friend who rented an apartment at Avalon at Hunt Valley. He was a model tenant - he kept to himself, complied with the move-in and exit requirements and paid his rent on a timely basis. He signed a lease for less than a full year and moved out on the date that the lease ended. He had the apartment professionally cleaned and it was spotless upon his departure. Very clean upkept building with great amenities and wonderful staff. However, be prepared to be disturbed every day of the week from as early 4 p.m. to 12 p.m. by the loud music the property owners allow their first floor commercial tenant to blast in the courtyard area of the building. Forget about any rightful quiet and peaceful enjoyment of your home you as a tenant have unless you enjoy the idea of living in a dance club. I have had a fair share of apartment issues that are not the complex's fault but regular apartment issues, but I am so thankful for the team here at Avalon Oak Creek. Lalo and his team Paco and Jose have gone above and beyond to always fix or replace anything in the apartment. Lalo is the epitome of professionalism, genuine kindness and care.
