Great community and apartments. However, they are overpriced and expensive. You may get a great rate on your first lease but the rent increase to renew will be exorbitant. The rent increases are 2-3 times as high as the county recommended rate. Don’t move here if you don’t wanna move again in a year. The prices may be competitive now but they're scrambling due to many residents moving out and the COVID-19 pandemic. No housing should have rates as volatile as the stock market.
RecommendedHighly recommend! Brand new apartments with all the mod cons. Quiet, clean and well maintained. Responsive and efficient maintenance team. The office staff are very kind especially Madelin, who made my cross country move so easy!

The office staff are truly amazing individuals. I can't say enough on how responsive they are to calls or request and always willing to assist in any way they can. Thanks for all you guys do. Also Kudos to the maintenance team, they do an awesome job.
The office staff at AVA Wheaton is very accommodating and helpful at all times. The building is very clean and has a wonderful modern look. The frequent "AVA Neighbors" events are always a plus! Overall enjoy living here.
the staff are very friendly and conscientious. They truly want their residents to be happy and have a positive experience. When it comes to a maintenance request, it is taken care of immediately. The Apartments are modern and have a very warm atmosphere.
