I recently visited a friend at Twelve at U District, and I was really impressed! The building is modern, the amenities are well-kept, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming. A huge shoutout to Ronald and Eugene for being incredibly helpful during my visit as they were friendly, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for student housing in Seattle, this place is definitely worth considering.
I had an amazing experience touring The Twelve! Ronald and Eugene gave me the tour, and they were incredibly helpful and informative throughout the process. I highly recommend checking out this apartment. We're thrilled with our new place and all the fantastic amenities it offers.
The twelve is actually a pretty nice place to live at. The rooms are big and its location isn’t too far from anything on campus. Pretty perfect actually. If you’re looking to sign, ask for Ronald and Eugene, they were my leasing agents and they were extremely helpful and gave us some pretty good deals that we couldn’t have gotten otherwise.
