Do not live here. We were excited about how accessible this apartment was to grocery stores and transit, but the service from the staff and the apartment peacefulness is a 0/5 stars. The ceilings and walls are extremely thin, and the apartment staff are not very proactive about complaints. I sent emails because I never got returned calls and they sent me back to the rotating circle of calling the line rather than solve the problem from my calls. Alex was amazing—super friendly and on top of everything. Helped me out with a maintenance issue and followed up to make sure it got taken care of. Definitely made things way less stressful!
Just toured with Tommi and had the best experience—seriously such a chill, helpful vibe. Made everything super easy to understand and actually fun. If you’re looking at housing in the U District, definitely ask for Tommi!
Shoutout to Luke for helping me track down a missing package that Amazon delivered to the wrong spot—he was super patient and actually got it figured out. Appreciate the help big time!
Touring Twelve was a great experience for me! The staff was very welcoming, especially Ronald - he made me feel super comfortable and knew everything about the apartment. He was also very receptive to my questions, and gave great answers!
