Just moved in! My first few weeks have been great! The leasing process with Jerson was smooth and he was so friendly and answered all my questions! The front desk staff is also friendly and approachable. The amenities are great and I’m enjoying the central location of the apartment!
I’ve really enjoyed living at Luka so far. From the very beginning, Paul has been incredibly helpful and responsive, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free. I recently toured a one-bedroom apartment at LUKA on the Common with Jerson Ramirez, and I was very impressed. The building is beautiful, and the amenities are outstanding. I have lived at Luka for almost a month now, and everything has been great. Paul has been very helpful throughout the entire process. Alejandro recently performed some maintenance work in the apartment, and the service was excellent. He was also very kind and professional!
