Great Building and the kindest staff from the front desk to the maintenance crew. Alex L in the maintenance crew was great and fixed up all the things in out unit so well.
Lived here for a year. Jerson and Paul are fantastic (super knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, and overall go above and beyond). Concierge also nice and helpful. Maintenance requests get fixed super fast. Location is amazing (2 min walk to both green and orange lines, Commons and Chinatown right there). The only minor thing is that it gets kinda loud at night (saying this as someone who is from a city and not that noise-sensitive) but that’s expected from Downtown — recommend living on higher floors (20+) so it’s more m... read more
Just moved in! My first few weeks have been great! The leasing process with Jerson was smooth and he was so friendly and answered all my questions! The front desk staff is also friendly and approachable. The amenities are great and I’m enjoying the central location of the apartment!
I’ve really enjoyed living at Luka so far. From the very beginning, Paul has been incredibly helpful and responsive, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Everyone on the team has been friendly and welcoming, which made settling in much easier. Recently, Alejandro helped with a maintenance request in my apartment. I recently toured a one-bedroom apartment at LUKA on the Common with Jerson Ramirez, and I was very impressed. The building is beautiful, and the amenities are outstanding. Jerson was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided all the information I needed throughout the tour.
