Moving into Luka on the Common has been a smooth experience. I had the pleasure of working with Paul Nguyen, the leasing manager, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From my first tour through move‑in, Paul was professional, proactive, and personable. He answered every question promptly, helped navigate lease options with transparency, and always put our best interests first. His knowledge of the property and leasing process helped everything go smoothly. I highly recommend working with Paul if moving to Luka!
Lived here for 12 months. Pros: Leasing team is very professional Maintenance is fast to resolve issues Nice layout of apartment Decent gym that actually has a barbell squat rack (rare) Cons: If facing Stuart street on a lower level, it can be very loud at night with cars/bikes in spring/summer/fall. That's really the only downside, which if you live in the city, you probably don't care or are used to it.
