I have really enjoyed living at Luka so far! Alex has helped me with maintenance requests and has been great.

Alex and Kevin from maintenance did a wonderful with fixing any issues with the unit! Very timely, and I'm happy with their service.
Extremely disappointing experience. There was a persistent marijuana smell throughout our apartment, and despite repeatedly reporting it, management took days to investigate and ultimately offered no solution. The smell continued for our entire stay. After moving out, we discovered even our belongings smelled like marijuana. This was especially concerning because I have asthma and my children were exposed to the smell as well. We expected much better management and responsiveness. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.
