My review today is for Alex & Wildris from maintenance. I have been helped in many ways by maintenance since I moved in just a week ago. Today they placed a grab bar in the bathroom, And replace the refrigerator that was not up to par. They couldn’t have been nicer and cleaned up Beautifully before they left. They were prompt and got the job done quickly. I appreciate their excellent service so very much. Terry
One of the best apartment communities that I have ever lived in the from the team to the maintenance staff, everybody has been so helpful going above and beyond with every step of the process , I had a maintenance issue and Alex Amin and wilder did a exceptional job handling my issues so fast. it truly legend like one big family. I love living at LUKA!
My partner and I visited Luka last week and toured with the leasing manager, Paul. Paul was very informative, transparent and patient - we really appreciated being able to take our time to check out the available apartment and amenities.
Our tour with Paul in Luka the Common was truly outstanding. From the moment we met him, it was clear how passionate he is about the region and how committed he is to giving visitors a meaningful experience.
