I am really having a great time living here at AVA Queen Anne. Benjamin is amazing. He goes above and beyond to help with the requests for maintenance in a fast manner. Recently I was facing issues in washing my clothes as the machine had its cycle stuck. Vladimir helped me a lot with resolving the issue in no less time, he is really commendable. The maintenence team is really very good.
Our on-site maintenance manager, Ben, did a great job replacing the washer and dryer in my apartment with brand new units and repairing my other appliances, too! I also want to thank our maintenance director, Thomas, and our leasing manager, Liana, for approving the W & D replacement and for everyday great service!
The technician team have been really helpful and responsive with making sure our unit’s appliances are in the best shape possible. Special thanks to Mr. Thomas and Ben, plus the building management Liana
This location is fantastic, and the apartments are spacious—especially those with wooden flooring. I've been a resident here for over three years, and the maintenance team and staff have been exceptionally supportive. ~There have been frequent false fire alarms for the past couple of months, now happening up to six times a night. The alarm is at 112dB, making it impossible to ignore.
