We had some maintenance issues within 1 week of moving in but the maintenance team was fast to fix everything. Thanks to Benjamin for his quality repairs and follow up to make sure things worked even after he left.
Maintenance team is awesome. But the apartment 343… street noise, neighbors voices, toilet flushes, walking around can all be heard - all hours of the day. You’ll have people smoke outside your door, take phone calls outside your door since it shelters from the rain for people waiting for the DMV, and you’ll pay over $100 more a month due to the door and glass walls not being sufficiently sealed. Writing this review at midnight while suffering some elephants living upstairs. They are thumping and stomping on my ceiling EVERY DAY AND NIGHT + constant noise from foot steps, pulling furniture, jumping, etc. Living like this for a year now, and ofc the leasing office did not have any meaningful actions. They would tell you they send out a reminder of quiet hours to tenants. Not sure what a reminder email would do to a poor-insulated building and ignorant people. Consider somewhere else or you would pay to suffer!
