While removing my prior color, technician broke two of my nails. Outcome was favorable, but I was charged $5.00 per nail to “fix” what he broke. There was no “fixing” because I had to switch nail shape to compensate the breakage. Will not return.

I've been there 3 times and the first time was good the 2nd time had to ask to have my toes redone because the toenails wasn't fully painted and he made my pinky toe bleed this 3rd time I paid for the hot stone pedi and it was only for 20 minutes the guy kept coughing and my toenails were burning and bleeding got it done on Friday my toes still hurt on Sunday asked for a manicure and a short nail set this dude just painted my nails and charged me 25$ for that and halfway through my pedicure the guy stopped and had another gu... read more
