Nice to get your hair done in any way! I love the little point massage when hair washing is done by Ava
I’ve been to Ava a couple times for balayage and am very happy with the result. She is extremely patient and detailed. Only criticism I have is that she is rather rough when brushing the hair, especially when it’s been freshly bleached and still wet. I hope she takes this constructively because otherwise everything else, including the price is very good. Will definitely go to Ava again in the future!
Sadly it was not a pleasurable experience. The stylist said barely two words to me , was dismissive when I voiced what I wanted and most upsetting was I was not at all helped with my mobility issues. There were stairs and I was not assigned as I could not take my walker up the stairs. She must have seen me struggling , but no help was offered. And I was charged a lot more than I thought I would be . I hope the stylist/owner takes this feedback. The hair service was fine but the customer service was MAJORLY LACKING
Ava did such a wonderful job with my hair, was quite satisfied with her attention to detail and her ability to do exactly what I want. Great customer service and shes so lovely 🥰
