I lived here for one year and moved out. Mixed experience, but I enjoyed my time here. Pros: - Amazing location - Building is great; gym is very good for an apartment gym and appliances are new & very functional - Staff are very friendly and maintenance is quick if you have an issue/question - Package room is mostly secure & Amazon lockers are available. Nice building and usually nice staff if they stay around, however insane prices for apartments that do not include air conditioning. This complex is new and the owners cheaped out by not including AC, it's unbearable in the Summer. Stop being so cheap and forcing tenants to purchase their own AC. They also don't require tenants to wait for the garage to close so cars get broken into and staff says "There is nothing we can do". Tried to schedule a tour to view the apartment but I had no luck. No one answers the leasing office phone number even when scheduling for the tour.
AVA is wonderful! Beautiful building and such amazing staff. Shout out to Mike and Johnny! They are so quick to respond to any questions/requests and are overall extremely helpful and kind.
