Love AVA! This place has a super cool chill lounge that can be booked basically any time. Everything is very clean and they even have games and puzzles to play whenever you want. Their leasing agent, Johnny Le is so friendly and helpful too! He always says hi and will always listen to your complaints. Sometimes the elevators go down, but they do their best to give notice when this happens.

I am writing this review to enthusiastically and unreservedly recommend our AVA Capitol Hill, and to give a special shout out to Johnny with their leasing team. In the entire process of finding and moving into a new apartment, Johnny has gone far above and beyond the call of duty, setting an incredibly high standard for customer service and resident care. I’ve lived here for 3 years now and my overall experience has been mostly good. My unit is nice and the provided appliances work so no complaints there. Utilities are a little high but that seems to be the case at a lot of these downtown apartment buildings. Internet speeds are fine. Everyone is fairly respectful of the building but my one complaint would be the people who let their doors slam. I’ve lived here for 3 years, going into 4. I just wanted to shout out a couple of the building staff who have made life much easier here: Johnny for his help with answering many many package and leasing questions! Michael from the maintenance staff has been a huge help with toilet questions and maintenance. Big shoutout to him! 5/5
