I really appreciate Rey and his team. From moving in (sight unseen, but in a video tour) to moving out, he really made the process as reasonable and smooth as possible. It is a huge building and on a very busy intersection. The only con for me was the street noise. The recent heat waves with no AC is tough, but the building rents and installs AC units. ⭐☆☆☆☆ If you’re considering a space managed by Windsor, do your homework first. Our experience has been one of constant frustration. Simple issues take weeks or months to resolve, communication is inconsistent, and getting a clear answer is far more difficult than it should be. Our experience with Windsor has been extremely disappointing. Since they took over the property, communication has been slow, issues have dragged on for months, and we have spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to resolve problems that should have been straightforward. We have repeatedly had to follow up regarding rent payments, documentation, and utility billing, often providing the same information multiple times. Management truly goes above and beyond to create safe and welcoming space for the entire community. 10/10 would recommend. UPDATE: I’ve lived at Windsor Ballard for a little over a year now, and it has been an amazing experience from start to finish. We lived here for two years, under the AVA Ballard name. Loved our little unit. The "one bedroom" with the sliding glass doors is more of a large studio. Rey the leasing manager was amazing. The courtyard-facing lower-level units have nice green views in the summer, but are pretty dark most of the year. Maintenance was phenomenal; great team of folks and very responsive.
