I lived here for 3 years, it used to be AVA Ballard which then switched to Windsor Ballard. The color scheme in the building was vibrant but a tad goofy at the beginning, but Windsor is making everything look more modern which is nice. Management has semi-changed. Rey has stayed through it all, but Esther and Kayleigh are newer. I’ve been living here for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The community is always clean, well-maintained, and feels like home. The office team, Ray and Ester, are truly exceptional. They’re professional, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure residents are taken care of. I've watched the building owners make upgrades over the past several months, and now I hear that they are ending the MTFE program, and not even giving those residents the option to stay at full price. "Upgrade" the building and now we gotta charge more. This is displacing low and medium income families, and all in the name simply of making more profit.
