Steer Clear of ANY Windsor Community! I recently was in the process of leasing a one bedroom apartment with Windsor Communities at their property in Redmond. Sadly, I was a victim of bait and switch. Over the past two years, Windsor Ballard has gone through many changes—both in the building and among the staff. While the office team has always been wonderful, I was initially curious (and a bit concerned) about how the old maintenance crew would be replaced, since they were amazing.
