Windsor Ballard has been a wonderful place to call home these last few months. We can walk to anything we need. Shopping, restaurants, breweries, healthcare, movies, parks. They are all close by! Our dogs have been welcomed with open arms. The staff are friendly and so helpful. Highly recommended!
Lived here for almost two years and would highly recommend it. Everyone working here is extremely nice and helpful. Even when I had an emergency maintenance issue on a weekend night, Brian came in within minutes to help me out. Also the apartment is conveniently located just steps away from multiple grocery stores and public transport.
I’ve lived here for almost a year and the maintenance and administrative teams are phenomenal. Rey always is very helpful and patient with my questions and answers them right away. Thomas and Chad are always answer my repair requests and resolve issues immediately with a smile. The cleaners make sure the building floors etc are clean every day, mopping the floors every day. Updated 5/29: Building is under new management/ownership. All reviews from December 12th 2024 & before are no longer relevant. This company works with an uncredited, incredibly sketchy and low rated utilities service called Minol. I highly recommend you research this company yourself before moving here. Very much looking forward to the end of my lease here. While the maintenance team is amazing, there are still many issues with this building.
