Our experience with Windsor has been extremely disappointing. Since they took over the property, communication has been slow, issues have dragged on for months, and we have spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to resolve problems that should have been straightforward. We have repeatedly had to follow up regarding rent payments, documentation, and utility billing, often providing the same information multiple times. Management truly goes above and beyond to create safe and welcoming space for the entire community. 10/10 would recommend. UPDATE: I’ve lived at Windsor Ballard for a little over a year now, and it has been an amazing experience from start to finish. A huge shoutout to the management team, especially Rey, for being dedicated to making residents' lives easier, and it shows. We lived here for two years, under the AVA Ballard name. Loved our little unit. The "one bedroom" with the sliding glass doors is more of a large studio. Rey the leasing manager was amazing. The courtyard-facing lower-level units have nice green views in the summer, but are pretty dark most of the year. Maintenance was phenomenal; great team of folks and very responsive.

The staff was super nice and professional during our encounter together and Darius was incredibly patient answering every question that I had about the property.
