I haven’t moved in yet but, I had toured at least 6 other apartments in Seattle and the hospitality at Windsor Ballard was unbeatable. Natalie & Ray were so helpful & kind and showed me all the units, sent me follow up emails & even let me come back again! I’ll make an updated review after my time living there but so far I am excited! Thanks again!
I have had such a great experience living in first the Ava Ballard and then the Windsor Ballard after it was bought out by the Windsor property group a few months ago. I was very happy with my apartment unit, the building is very safe, and I have never had a maintenance issue in the 16 months I lived here. All members of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable but none more so than the community manager, Rey Bamba. I cannot recommend that people move to Windsor Ballard at this time.
