My move-in experience was amazing! Natalie and Rey are amazing and they showed me around the property with patience and went above and beyond to help me move-in. The property is great, many units being newly renovated and the gym is great.
Nothing but good things to say about this location after living here for almost a year. Location is convenient and staff, including management and the maintenance team, are fantastic.
The staff at Windsor Ballard are excellent. Kaleb, Rey, Natalie, Brian and the maintenance team make sure the building is welcoming. Any tenant concerns are answered promptly and if there isnt an immediate answer. the team will research and resolve. I've recommended Windsor Ballard to quite a few people. There are many tenants here who have lived here for years.
Leaving a 5 star review because I am so appreciative of the leasing team but especially Natalie! I toured the apartment on three or four different occasions because I wanted to be sure about living there since I was planning on living there longer term. Natalie was so absolutely gracious in showing us around and being the most friendly and helpful with the tours, emails, and communication. I haven’t moved in yet but, I had toured at least 6 other apartments in Seattle and the hospitality at Windsor Ballard was unbeatable. Natalie & Ray were so helpful & kind and showed me all the units, sent me follow up emails & even let me come back again! I’ll make an updated review after my time living there but so far I am excited! Thanks again!
