Every time I walk into this building, I’m impressed by how spotless and welcoming it feels. The cleanliness is exceptional, the air always smells fresh. Daisy and Judy go above and beyond, working tirelessly to keep everything shining and pleasant. Their hard work truly makes the building feel warm and inviting.
I have been living here for the past 2 years the maintenance team is superb when it comes to executing my requests The facility is very clean and it is very well-maintained , The staff is very friendly from management to the leasing agents, and also the maintenance personnel !! Overall unit itself and building amenities are good however, there are alot of inconveniences that add up along with the location and community being very noisy. Noise - I have a front facing unit and the outside noise from the produce warehouse, the Metro Bus Depot, Bike Shed Moto, and street noise can definitely be heard in your unit at all hours of the night.
