At the beginning the building was great. But little by little issues started to emerge. The whole building smells like smoke , people smoking weed in the pool section. In the dog park we go out to walk are son no respect groups of people smoking weed not having common curticy for the rest of us. Pay for security for nothing car windows being broken into. Current resident—would not recommend. - Frequent fire alarm issues. - Unstable internet (Aerwave) with multiple outages, including one as I write this. - Several power outages lasting over an hour. - Thin walls and ceiling. - Overpriced and wasteful trash valet service. Not the worst place to live, but you can find better options for this rent.
