RecommendedI've lived at Ava FiftyFive Ninth for almost 4 years and enjoy the amenities, staff, and location. Being a block from BART and steps from Muni is super important to me, as is being walking distance from work in SOMA. As a non pet owner, it's also nice to get to see all the fun floofers in the dog park!
I want to give a thumbs up to the great maintenance team of the building, especially to Zhi and Daniel, they respond quickly to the service request within the apartment, they solve the problem excellently well and have a nice attitude, they are also very friendly and respectful.
Staff is top notch! Convenient location and nice amenities.

I lived in this building in 2015 as a first tenant in my apartment and it was amazing. The apartment was nice, staff was very helpful and so on. Thankfully i only studied in SF for one Year, as from 1st to 2nd year, the rent went up quiet a bit. But it was an amazing place to live. HIGLY RECOMMENDED
Jovan and Justin are the best. This building is cool af.
