Donald and his crew went above and beyond for our project. We purchased a home in the Heights that had a lot of rotten wood, including an upstairs deck that needed to be rebuilt, several windows that needed to be replaced, and large sections of drywall and plywood with water damage after years of neglect by the previous owner. The man is a trustworthy handyman. He made us to be aware of our choices before committing to accept his own. He described the details of the work, and his quote and contract was perfect . The final job was excellent and on time, with no excuses. His personality is great. He brings integrity into professionalism.

We used AV Home Services to perform electrician work at our rental property. The owner, Donald Ugas, along with his assistant did a great job on updating all of the light switches and receptacles, as well as rewiring and replacing outdated electrical wirings. They also installed new ceiling fans and replaced lights throughout the entire house.
