I arrived 10 minutes late due to a detour and traffic - Paula did a great job with my cleaning, as usual and then I was to see Dr. Schor for my checkup, also had to talk to him about my crowns. He left without seeing me and never even stopped in to explain why he wasn't going to see me. Very disappointed that I had to reschedule another appt to see him. this happened at my last visit also, as I wanted to talk about 2 of the crowns that I am not pleased with and he left before I could talk with him.
