Whoever is at the front desk now is not very friendly Whoever is at the front desk now is not very friendly. Lisa knew everyone's name and greeted us when we came in by name which was very welcoming. Now, I have to call to find someone to let them know that I am there as there is usually not someone even at the desk. When she "returns" she doesn't make any effort to see who is in the waiting room. In my opinion, the front desk shouldn't be left unattended when the office is open for patients to arrive. I was very pleased with your entire staff. They are all very personable and friendly. The hygenist (Nancy) did a wonderful job of explaining the do's and don'ts to properly take care of my teeth. She was wonderful and very thorough. Thank you!
