They were easy and lovely to deal with over the phone. They are able to collect the vehicle with one of their trucks which is handy. They were able to pick up the car on the day I asked which was a bonus. After explaining the condition of the car, we agreed on a prize over the phone and agreed in writing in text messages but when he arrived, he continued to barter the price and ask for a discount.
