I was referred by the primary doctor to go to Dr. Auzenne to get more pain meds. I have a torn meniscus in 2 or 3 area. I took my pills as schedule but the pain has been unbearable, so I took 4 tabs a day until I have surgery. Today I was so I upset with his nurse practitioner . She yelled at me and told me to get out and do not come back . I only tried to explain the pain has increase within this month. I witnessed a nurse practitioner yell at a client and tell her to get out. Very horrible service!
I have had 3 bad very experiences there. The office staff is rude. I would not recommend them to anyone. And they will send you another bill for $200 after the visit. An added office 'fee' , pay it or go to collections. I'm not the only one they did this to.
I love the care i receive from my doctor and his nurse at the pain institute i would highly recommend his office to my family And friends
