Have never been excited to work out until I started barre!
Everytime you walk in there is always something new in your work outs! You always leave feeling satisfied, strong, and lean! Not too mention that they do a great job of creating more than just a fitness studio but in a way a community center!
I love Barre Forte! I have never found a workout that I actually wanted to go to, but I am hooked and have to go at least 3 time a week. All the instructors (even the instructors in training!) are friendly and welcoming, and make sure that everyone has a great time during class. I am not the most coordinated person in the world, but the environment is so laid back, that I am able to laugh about my lack of gracefulness and not feel self-conscious. Every class I feel like I improve and get stronger!
Barre is so much fun! I feel like I have a whole new family and getting a great workout is a bonus!
Barre Forte is an amazing place not only to work out but it's also a great place to meet new people. I've been taking classes for 3 weeks and I can already feel the difference everywhere; most importantly in my mental health. This is the hardest workout I've done, especially legs and butt. Brinn and her team really invest in our wellbeing and deliver a kick-ass experience every time.
