Real real bad there, the MGMT will not work with you on anything, the place is filled with cockroaches and they have to come in every week for extermination. The parking situation is bad, the police helicopter is ALWAYS around and the hot water in the shower lasts for 5 minutes. At the end of my lease, after I cleaned the apartment following their instructions, I was charged (robbed), $13.00 to have the toilet bowl and $27.00 for the bath tube to be cleaned, when they were clean !
