I have been at AW for rehab for a broken leg for coming up on 3 months. This was my first time in a facility like this and had no idea what to expect. I have been treated like family from day 1, all questions and concerns have been addressed quickly, and the staff still greet me daily with a smile and good morning. If I should need long term care, it will certainly be here.

My mother-in-law and father-in-law LOVE living at Autumn Woods!! They have been residents for 2 years now and we couldn't have found a better home for them. I appreciate the excellent care they receive on a daily basis and know the staff love them as family. I would highly recommend Autumn Woods to anyone.

Mom has been here for almost 2 years and she is always excited to tell me what activity she joined or participated in that day!! It is a wonderful, caring place for all seniors!!

I was able to see the care given to residents when my mother and mother-in-law were at Autumn Woods for physical therapy. From the meals served to the personal care, I saw teamwork. I knew I wanted to be part of the team that makes this health campus such a great place. I have now been employed at Autumn Woods over five years and would recommend our facility for both care and employment.
