Great Place Super friendly staff and great community. Loved living here before I bought my house!
AUTUMN WOODS AUTUMN WOODS APTS. ARE VERY NICE. WHEN WE MOVED IN WE WERE GREETED BY VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. THE PROPERTY MANAGER & LEASING AGENT ARE VERY GOOD ABOUT LISTENING TO ANY COMPLAINTS OR NEEDS & RESPOND TIMELY TO MAINTENANCE CALLS AT ANY HOUR 7 DAYS A WEEK. THE GROUNDS ARE PICKED UP DAILY OF ANY TRASH. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING TO MOVE INTO THE COMMUNITY.
Don't live here!! Don't live here! Worst apartments ever! Maintenance sucks, and don't know how to fix stuff properly, mostly makes matters worse. Most of the time they ignore the issues. They always have a/c issues and can never get them fixed! You'd be better off living elsewhere. Overpriced for what they are worth.
WORST APARTMENTS EVER this is the worst place you could ever decide to live, everything about these apartments are horrible. 99 percent of the building have leaks, everything is outdated. Nothing is ever updated. The apartments are not worth the money that they are charging, the guys who work in maintenance don't know how to fix anything so you just do better by not even wasting your time calling and the office staff sucks big time.

Love my two bedroom apartment! This is my first apartment to rent. It is very spacious and I feel at home. The move in process was quick and the staff has been very helpful. I plan on living here for a while. Oh and I LOVE THE LOCATION ON YOUREE DRIVE!

Hot Water They water is always cold. When you get off work you want to get in a hot shower and turn on the water it was cold. You have to heat your water on the stove and put it in the tub. Who want to do that after a long day at work. Think about 4people having to do this for 6days straight. They did not offer anything off the rent at all. This was a big inconvenience. They do not communicate well with tenants.
