If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This place is a beeping joke! My husband and I moved into these apartments over a year ago, honestly never had any issues until they fired everyone, got new management, and maintenance. The people in the office need to go back to school, you ask one question and it is just like staring at a deer. And maintenance, oh my gosh. RUN!! (before the bugs get you) Stay far away from this horrible disgusting place. I can't even walk from my apartment to my car without stepping over trash and being swarmed by mosquitoes/flies/other bugs. No idea what they are doing with our pest control fee. Speaking of fees, if you have your own wifi or cable provider (I use Hulu), you will still have to pay the monthly wifi and cable fee to them. Autumn Vista Apartments THIS APARTMENT IS QUITE DATED AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LEASING IT. FEEDBACK I had a rather unpleasant experience living at the Autumn Vista apartment complex. One of the major issues was a persistent water leak during a weekend in my apartment. Despite the severity of the situation, I found no means to reach out for help as the office was closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
