Upgrades are not worth the new cost to live here. Would not recommend! The upgrade crew had no skill whatsoever. And there's always trash outside on the ground. Not a great look.

I am looking for an apartment in Kokomo. I was given a lead to The Harvest as a good place to look. I was able to go and see apartments with a Staff Member. I found her to be informative and welcoming. I was shown a couple of different apartments as well as the lovely grounds. I asked many questions. I became very excited about living in The Harvest community. So many good things to look forward to at this place. I have submitted my application!
