I love living at Autumn Ridge! It’s a small, quiet, and clean community, and very close to everything in Jeff. I have all the apartment amenities I need and just the right amount of space in the unit. The best part about living here is Teresa - she is the most responsive and helpful property manager I’ve worked with, and truly takes pride in making sure everything is up to par for us residents. Apartments are nice and updated but the AC units are awful. Management knows the units will not cool the apartments and during the summer currently my apartment with the AC unit will not bring the temps below 75 in my apartment and reach up to 82 on really hot days. My unit had gone out twice already in two months as well. Just be aware if you do rent the summers will be very warm. I wish I would have know this before I moved in.
