Peaceful and homey! I love living in this apartment community! Friendly neighbors, staff and maintenance! Maintenance orders are taken care of in an extremely timely manner. I feel safe and comfortable living here. I would recommend to anyone.
Don’t waste your money here Where do I begin. This place is old and when things need to be fixed, they place a bandaid over it. They raise rent every year, there aren’t any amenities. When the maintenance techs come to fix, they even know how crappy this place is and management won’t allow them to replace things. Just fix it till it dies. We have been tenats for a while now and won’t be renewing. rent is raising, management doesn’t care about your needs as a tenant, and you have no one else to call or put a complaint into.
Horrible Avoid. Does not keep up with maintenance no matter how many times you put in for something, water stains and door wall will leak for over a year. Then will charge you for it when you move out. Bad management company and horrible maintenance.
Nice place to live Lived here for about 8 months now and coming up on my lease renewal and I will be staying. I haven’t really had any problems since moving in other than a couple small things that the office and maintenance staff took care of very fast. Staff is friendly and have been very helpful. The apartments themselves are pretty spacious and the layouts are nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for a safe quiet place to live in canton for a affordable rate.
Overall good value for the price Overall I really like living here and I think it is very affordable for Canton. It's not as nice as some of the higher end apartment complexes, but at this price point I can't complain. I have a full sized washer/dryer in a mini-laundry room in my apartment which is hard to find unless you are in an expensive apartment complex. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lived here for 2 years, apartment had mold growing on walls, bugs everywhere, when it would rain the apartment would flood. Had maintaince out to fix flooding and rotting walls, it took them atleast 4 days to come out and they didn't fix it. Very cold drafts coming through windows. Very expensive and very out dated . Main door to apartment building always had problems, the keys never worked on the door knob it took forever to get inside the building after wiggling and jiggling your key. Buzzer ... read more
never come here ever.. save your money i am a current resident. these apartments are old and not well maintained. windows, doors and most of the stuff is old and aparmtment remains cold in winter because cold air come inside. staff is not cooperative and if you complaint then they say you should fix it and they cannot do anything.
