I can’t say enough good things about the space and the staff. The apartment was exactly what I needed and had a very nice interior. The apartment management hosts community events a couple times a month and they’re really generous and thoughtful. The pools are where we spent the majority of our summer! I had one maintenance issue the entire 2 years I lived there and it was fixed within a day. The ONLY negative experiences I had were the other tenants and the one time I took a concern to management, they handled it well.

Apartments are very spacious and nice sized kitchens. I have a disability apartment which is outstanding. Personnel are very good to assist you. Excellent gym and community room facilities. One of the best in Waukee area. I have been here over four years and probably will continue here. If you are looking, this complex deserves your attention. Air Force veteran. Thanks.
Autumn Ridge has been a great place to live. The staff is friendly and quick to help, the park next door is great for dogs, and the amenities are endless!
We like that Autumn Ridge is growing. It is nice to see more kids in our building as the years have gone. I like that they have added the second clubhouse space, was great to play pool while waiting for family. Also the 2 pools are great to have! If one pool is busy we just go to the next one.
The apartments are so spacious and comfortable. Great staff. Always ready to help.
If there is a problem they respond very quickly. We are enjoying our home.
