RecommendedBeautiful apartments. You can tell everything was built with higher quality materials. The outside is up kept very well. We love calling this place home and we leased it without seeing it in-person. These apartments have exceeded our expectations 💖
These apartments are great! It's in a great location at the heart of Waukee and lots of area restaurants and grocery stores. Overall I like the amenities of the two pools, gym, basketball court, and easy access to the bike trail a few blocks away. Very well maintained and a friendly staff! Speaking of friendly staff, Johnny was amazing! He went above and beyond to find the right apartment that met my needs! The only issue I have would be garages/storage units. So I have been approved and I did it before actually looking at the unit so when i did it was just a bit small for all my stuff the management was on it showed me a 3 bed just a little more but they went above and beyond this will be my future home thanks again Autumn ridge !
2 years as a loyal rent paying resident. In the process of finding new place so instead of signing lengthy lease extension I pay month to month which costs me $200 more per month. $1,400 a month. making it harder to leave while draining me financially. They could care less about the needs or well being of residents. vehicle broken into twice & never received call back either time after making them aware of the situation. Would not recommend renting from them.
The WORST rental company ever! My apartment windows all leak, there is a moldy smell and so many more issues! They ignore my calls and ignore what I tell them, I’m so sick of this company wish I never rented here. A few of the renters here also complained and said the same thing. DO NOT RENT HERE.
We have really loved living at Autumn Ridge. The staff has always been quick to respond to phone calls, questions, emails or maintenance requests. I would highly recommend living at these apartments

Leasing office staff are amazing! I just signed a new lease with the complex and the process has been so smooth and easy going, even with not having ANY in person contact! I HIGHLY recommend working with Johnny... he has been helpful, consistent and has done a great job of answering all of our questions with great knowledge! Great place! Highly recommend!

I inquired about the apartments 6/14 around 9 PM, received a call the very next morning to set up a virtual tour. By 6/15 around noon the application was ready to be filled out and lease signed once approved. Johnny was extremely helpful, understanding, and answered every question ( and there were a lot). Very nice people! 10/10 recommend
