We moved to this complex when it was under previous management, and while we enjoyed our time I am SO THANKFUL that the complex is under new management. They are coming in and cleaning and fixing so many of the units, the clubhouse, and public areas. They also have initiated a community rewards program for residents.
Great place to live! A little expensive for the maintenance to be as slow as they are but the place is quiet and decent.
DO NOT APPLY HERE!!! They barely even have staff and you won't get proper serviced! Did an apt tour back in May then applied mid-July. Applied on a Friday, called to speak with the property manager and she confirmed that I got approved and should expect to see my welcome email. It's been 11 days and no email. I called that following Monday and got nothing but excuses. They refuse to send the welcome email or refund my money. This is foreshadowing how bad my experience will be if I moved in! Somehow management of this complex changes constantly. And it's hard for them to make things work. Have to ask many times before they will do something. 2 years ago they moved my dryer and broke the door. They never paid me back for the repair. Then I referred this complex to a friend and had to get a bonus in 30 days. 3,5 months past by, and "it's still in the process..". I can continue on and on: mildew in bathrooms (finally at least painted it), odor of weed on the property, falling down railing, old yellow color of walls... read more
