Unfortunately, my experience was that this place was not quiet at except the last month where I experienced Low Frequency barely audible but extremely invasive felt deep pulsing droning subwoofer bass noise (with no music, just bass turned as high as possible) and harrassment with my downstairs and apparently sociopathic passive aggressive neighbor tracking & stalking me, apparently using my GPS on my phone to locate where I was in the apartment.
