I was in a horrible 17 year relationship where I was hands off anything relating to the property, dealing with management, or getting things accomplished for myself. We love living close to everything! Our cats love looking out the windows and we can’t wait to explore the pet park.
Great staff & maintenance - but they can't help how old the buildings are. I expect to hear some noise in a downstairs apartment but it's horrible. I hear EVERYTHING the neighbor upstairs does at all hours of the day & night, especially in the bathroom, it's just like people having a conversation right outside the bathroom door. And now, their smoke detector (upstairs) has been chirping every 45 seconds for TWO WEEKS STRAIGHT & the only answer I can get is "we can Try to reach out to them, otherwise nothing can be done" It's... read more
THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX DOES NOT ADVERTISE THAT THEY ALLOW CIGARETTE SMOKING IN THE APARTMENTS….do NOT move here if you want a smoke free apartment. If your neighbors smoke…it WILL get into your apartment. The complex will do nothing but tell you “we don’t advertise that we are a smoke free apartment”… THATS THE ISSUE…LEGALLY YOU SHOULD LET NEW TENANTS KNOW UPFRONT. It’s shady business here.
