Wow! The things I could say about this dump. Maintenance- a joke, rude, loud and incompetent. Office- won’t even return your email, could care less about you once they’ve gotten your money. Property- outside is disgusting there’s dog crap EVERYWHERE and no dog owners are held accountable and “maintenance” won’t clean it up also, we moved into a new and updated unit and within 6 months it started falling apart, like everything is falling apart. They hired some low budget roofers and they dropped a huge rod through my kitchen ... read more
Autumn Ridge is a nice place to live. They make sure the lawns are manicured beautiful. They also get to the work orders asap if something breaks in our apartment.
I went here today to see if I could tour some apartments, stood in the office for about five minutes and still hadn’t been even acknowledged i was standing there. Walked out. What a shame
