Get security to patrol the “gated community”. Crack heads and bums digging trough the trash making a mess everyday. Office staff is slightly helpful up until you sign the lease. Takes weeks to get anything fixed. $15 charge to replace a 9 volt battery in a smoke detector. $30 mandatory trash pick up that’s not included in rent price. I don’t even use it. The dumpster is like 10 feet away. I can go on and on and on.
Charge for parking. Dog feces everywhere. Lazy landscaping. No recycling. Homeless in the garbage bins. Not gated even though there is a gate. Charge for taking your trash to garbage bin.
Not professional management
Officially been up for two weeks haven't gotten no help from security or the office these people downstairs are very racist and they don't care about anybody that lives around them I am really tired of living in these apartments I wish I could get help with all this I also hope the apartments can just give us at one of their condos or another apartment downstairs not having no sleep is really exhausting
Very unhappy here � Living here at this apartment complex is very uncomfortable for me.. I’m being harassed everyday.. worst experience ever living here..�
The place was old nothing ever upgraded. If you had a complaint nothing was done about it. Bums in the dumpsters everyday and tweakers all over the place living there. Someone died there from overdosing. The staff was rude especially the managers there. It was not a fun experience to me or my roommates. There was break ins pretty much on the regular. There were bums every where and my car sterio got stole there were so many bums that it looked like a walking dead episode
Diane, Brooke, Sarah and Sam great staff, excellent service. Also their maintenance, property caretaker and lawn maintenance staff. All working hard to keep Autumn Ridge Apts in working condition. Lived there for 6 yrs. going on 7.
