The HOA admin is unresponsive when I’ve asked for them to help me remove someone from my parking spot, but has threatened to tow the cars I actually own because of the lack of communication between the administration and the security company. The HOA also doesn’t allow residents to be safe with their stringent rules on security systems despite the fact that they have been licensed by the city. Other than that, love the community, love the home. It’s a shame.
Very quiet a great place to relax
If you like hearing the cheaply outsourced grounds keeping service blasting leaf blowers waking you up at 7am on Saturday morning this is for.
