Dee Dee was so sweet to my Mom and I! We stopped in driving through town hoping for a good experience and it was a GREAT experience!

First time going to Autumn Nails and I'll be back. My nail technician was sweet, polite, thorough, and accommodating. I had an appointment at 4 and arrived 15 minutes early. I didn't have to wait at all. It was busy but pleasantly so...not overly so. Relaxing atmosphere. I'd have given a 5 star rating but the soaker tub was not working correctly. From the time we walked in they all were bitching about who did the scheduling cause someone over booked. Then I assume the owner came over while our group was getting our pedicures and announced that there is going to be a meeting. I'm sorry but if you have a meeting you should be talking to you employees before patrons come in the door. The last thing that was very unprofessional was one of your nail technicians was shoving food in her face as a patron was sitting in her chair. Very patient and great artists! I hadn't had my nails done in over ten years, they took time to help me find the right kind of design I wanted, as well as making it look better than the pics! Friendly service and positive atmosphere, I cant wait to come back!
Best experience I've ever had in a nail salon. I just moved to the area and have been trying to find a new salon. So happy I found these ladies! They're awesome!
