My air conditioner had a clogged drain which caused it not to work. I called to get them to fix it and they came out the same day. Thank you now my house is pleasant again.
Worst Service Ever, Beware of Bait and Switch Our AC went out on a Friday morning. I called the biggest AC repair company in Austin and they came out in the afternoon to look at it. I got a quote of $2600 to replace our condenser unit. On Saturday morning I called Autumn Heating and Cooling to get a price from them. I gave them all the info I had gotten from the other company and even gave them the model number/serial numbers directly from the label on the unit. Not sure what the customers before are talking about. I got several estimates. Autumn heating & cooling was the least expensive by far! The did a great job. All the guys were very friendly. The cleaned up after the job. I m happy
BEST PRICE AROUND!! – I m not sure what these guys are talking about. I got a bid for over $8000.00 I called Autumn Heating and Cooling and got the same Trane System for less than $4000.00 They came on time. They cleaned up after they were done. I can t ask for much more . They did a good job at a GREAT PRICE. !!!!
Do not recommend Autumn Heating & Cooling – I concur with the previous reviewer. They find a way to extract the most money out of you possible. Also their "free" maintenance contract...it's not really maintenance. All they are doing is looking for other opportunities to charge you for something. They told me my coils were bad. After paying >$1000 to replace my coils, that did not fix my problem and next they said I needed to replace my outside unit altogether. Horrible Horrible Company – They have the worst service ever. They have no idea what they're doing and they charge top dollar. DO NOT USE! I would rate 0 stars if possible.
