Worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. Loud neighbors, things needing repair constantly, I had a maintenance issue every month I lived there, then when I moved out I was charged an extra week of rent that was taken out of my deposit. Don’t move here, there are much better places to rent in Tyler.

Great apartment manager, awful buildings...way too many maintenance issues that most definitely were here before we arrived. So, why weren't they fixed? Maybe I'm being too harsh, but when 8 outlets and closer lights go out randomly, there's issues. Very unfortunate for our first apartment as a married couple...
