RecommendedJust wanted to say a special THANK YOU to Dennis the maintenance guy for going well above and beyond the repairs I needed. Not only did he address the issues on the work order but also modernized light fixtures, digitalized the thermostat, gave me a new garbage disposal, new ceiling fan, kitchen fan and new sink accessories. I'm sure I'm forgetting some things but needless to say the apartment looked brand new once I got home from work. His work ethic speaks volumes about how Autumn Glen takes care of its tenants. Apartments are decent. Area is quiet & in a great, convenient location. Neighbors are nice. Pets allowed, which is always a bonus. But property office manager is never there when you need them, even though it says they should be there mon-fri 10-5, no one is ever in the office or answers the phone when we need to speak to them, and requests to fix certain things go ignored. Parking can sometimes be a hassle. It's big enough to accommodate 2 cars per apartment but some people break the rules and own more than 2 vehicles. Othe... read more
