Big issue regarding this complex are the laundry facilities are not well maintained, breakdown constantly and difficult to get a refund from the vendor that maintains them. Also, the complex isn't gated and there are a lot of transients and shady people roaming around. There have been numerous vehicle and storage room break-ins and the complex management company does nothing to help. Otherwise, the units are spacious with patios and for the most part kept.
Rent is waaaaay too high for what you get. Laundry facilities are not well kept. Lawns covered in dog poop. Shotty fixes. They use the same guy for everything. Lots of crooked switches and outlets. Had wiring just sticking out of the walls. We have areas of the apartment that look chewed up from a dog that they just threw paint over. Literally watched them paint over dirt stained wall. Many parking problems, people do not use their internal parking lots and leave their cars on the street
Good community but they overcharge rent and everything in the building doesn’t work the washer dryers never work. They lag for maintenance request. They charge to much so everything not to work
