The staff from receptionist, to activities, to nurses and the nursing assistants, to the culinary team and servers,maintenance and housekeeping go above and beyond expectations for your loved one! RecommendedWords can’t express my gratitude to Autumn Glen and their staff . When we first brought my father in -law to Autumn Glen we were apprehensive . We worried he wouldn’t be happy or cared for like he was at home . We soon found out there was nothing to worry about . Beautiful facility, but no comfortable activity rooms and the food quality is lacking. Also, it's all about the money here. If your loved one requires too much care or is too demanding for their memory care unit, they will get bounced out very quickly.The caregivers are great, but director and head of nursing are all about the business. There is much more compassionate care available in town elsewhere.

Amazing daycare program but Avita assumes that if you put your loved one in their daycare program, that they’re automatically transitioning into their residence program. All I would recommend is to spend a few hours in the residence Avita facility and observe! Be an ADVOCATE for you loved one! 💜

RecommendedWe visited today for an Easter egg hunt and it was so much fun. The children got to interact with the residence . It was nice to see how much effort went into this for the local kids.
