Beautiful facility, but no comfortable activity rooms and the food quality is lacking. Also, it's all about the money here. If your loved one requires too much care or is too demanding for their memory care unit, they will get bounced out very quickly.The caregivers are great, but director and head of nursing are all about the business. There is much more compassionate care available in town elsewhere.
RecommendedMy dad has been at Autumn Glen since May, 2018, & I can’t say enough about the care that he receives! The staff is extremely friendly, from the front desk, nursing staff, CNA’s, dining hall & management! The residents do not have a shortage of activities...They are nonstop & funnnn! I truly love working here, the residents make my day everyday and they have the best staff I’ve ever worked with!
From what I have seen, Autumn Glen is taking good care of my grandmother. I live out of state but when I did have the chance to visit I found the facilities to be extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming -- The staff was friendly but not overly intrusive. Marylin is 95 and her memory isn't what it used to be but every time I talk to her she seems to be enjoying her life there. Do not send your loved ones here. There is NO nursing. Not even pretend nursing. My mother was treated horribly, especially by Renee, the pretend nursing supervisor. Call me anytime if you want to know how awful it was 781-858-8574
You guys took such great care of my wifes grandfather. We was worried about making friends and enjoying himself, but once he moves in it was clear that it was the perfect place for him. He raved about living there everytime I talked to him. I can't thank you all enough for all that you do.
