These are the WORST!!!! Apartments to live at they are infested with bed bug!!!! And they refuse to do something about it not only that but the customer service is horrible!!! Maintance is really never here it takes a week to get anything done here and when you tell them something is wrong then that means your wrong! (Whatever happend to the customer is always right?) Guess thats why is soo cheap... Right? Well if yall want bed bugs and BAD customer service then you are more then welcome to live there.

Ive lived here three years. no bedbugs! Any problems Ive had were taken care of that day. With hours most times! Our manager alaways checks up in person. to make sure were satisfied. Miss Morales keeps the apartments very neat. New laundry mat. Kroger half a block away. Bus stop right out front. We are an apartment that stands alone. no big complexs around us. SAVE. Not afraid to walk at night!!!!!.With a manger that s there for us. She does care!!!
Look here Jessica, dont know who you are but Autumn Creek is not cheap, #2 - All work orders are done the same day - There is always someone in the office, #3 - And this property is nottttt infested. Actually we have wood floors thru out the apartment and carpet in bedrooms. The city of Dallas just renovated all the windows, and we got all new AC units for each apartment. WoW - MAYBE YOU GOT EVICTED AND NOW YOU DONT HAVE ANYTHING BETTER TO DO. GET A JOB.
