My AC unit has been broken for the better part of 6 months if not longer. I’ve started noticing issues late 2024, my unit wasn’t giving me any air whatsoever. Not to mention my furnace was malfunctioned so I was literally getting charged anywhere from $500-$700 on my electric bill and could never figure out why, and no I’m not exaggerating (it was because my furnace was set to “off” but would still run even though the air outtake didn’t work). so I had them come and service it. A nice and peaceful place to be. Very helpful staff. Very kind. The way the Sun rises shines a certain way that makes the place look beautiful. I also just wish there was more parking spaces but enough to make it work.
Its alright. I have no complaints, to speak of. Compromises are to be expected when living in a group situations. Repairs seem to be being handled in a mostly timely fashion. A bit of a problem with spiders, but that's regional.
Friendly office staff. Maintenance is quick with responding for repairs. The price was great for the square footage of my apartment compared to others I have seen. Highly recommend these apartments!
If I could leave a zero star review I would. I lived there for 6 years in the older, white brick part of the complex. Rent went up every year with no updates to my 1980’s era apartment (with only the refrigerator being slightly newer). The lack of communication from management was ridiculous. They screen all of their calls and rarely call you back. Management kept whatever hours they wanted at the office, so when you went to address them because you couldn’t get ahold of them via phone call, it was usually closed (well at le... read more
