I have lived here for 9 years, freaking 9 years! They have been through at least 10 different management companies in the last 6. They never come to fix anything that’s broken. In our bathroom after you flush it sounds like the pipe is broke and shakes that who wall, there a huge crack in our kitchen they won’t fix, they haven’t upgraded our apartment like they said they would for raising our rent, they haven’t cleaned our carpets in 2 years saying that they need to inspect (they have been in and inspected with the manager a... read more
Apartment management let us know that they will not fix our AC even though the temp is 86 in our apartment. Apparently "It's an older air conditioner and it can't keep up with it, they won't replace it until they absolutely have to." Our sweaty one year old would like it to be a normal temperature in here. Live somewhere that cares about its residents instead.

They said its luxury apartments but I'm paying a ton for a crappy place and they won't even fix anything
Shitty office staff, shitty maintenance staff. They will f**k you anyway they can. They don't care!! That's the biggest problem! Do not live here. This place needs to close down. Slum lords to the max. F**k Autumn Creek!!! Moving out in 4 days, I'm sure no matter how much I clean and leave the place in good condition they will charge me. They are decided not to renew my lease, ain't doin me any favors assholes! I was moving anyway. F**k you!!
