I just moved in and things have been great…I like autumn chase, a little older but quiet and spacious apartments. I saw a lot of the old reviews but at move in Kyle reassured me there was new management and things would improve. I saw him cleaning the laundry room the other day and thought id like to give autumn chase a shot out! I was nervous!
To be honest, there have been 3 management companies since October of 2024, When I moved in. And the prior two have thought they had cornered the market on this property. As you see they are gone. To be honest, I had almost given up thinking I could be content and have my reasonable needs met. A huge shout out to the administrative office! Sorry it took so long to say "THANK YOU!!!!" Reply to owner: what is the number that we are using to get in touch with your team? The 895 number listed here and on the portal, does not work!!! They recently switched back to their original company, GVA. We just got our rent bill and it shows a late charge. 1) It's the first of the month(when it's due), so how is it late? 2) They shut the portal down and told everyone to give money orders to them(which we did), so when you decided to get all those money orders in, did you do it late? 3) What is with the office lady givin... read more
