UPDATE!! This complex over charges you by $400 a month because of their own technical issues!! Do NOT move in! I cannot wait to move out and move to a community where the management actually CARES. Do not move here!! There is no emergency maintenance, there’s barely regular maintenance as the ONE PERSON is shared between 2 properties!! it took them 2.5 weeks to fix a leak that was leaking at 1L/minute and come time to pay rent, they are still trying to charge me for that water that’s their fault it leaked so bad! This place is falling apart. It used to be decent and now it looks terrible. The blackout screens on the windows look awful. You can tell they haven't done maintenance or painting on the outside in YEARS. They also don't return calls whatsoever. The property honestly looks like what you would see in a low income Section 8 area. Hopefully a new management company can take over this property and save it.
Don’t move here!!! Terrible!!! Pay too much money to stay here and get no peace at all!!! Barely any sleep! Insulation is awful! If someone live above you they might as well live in the same apt as you. I hear all conversations, every step they make, etc. I have to run my air all night to minimize the noise. ** VENDORS BEWARE** I was hired by this company to do work at two of their properties in April. The work provided amounted to several thousands of dollars in which we still have not gotten paid. I’ve reached out to Mike, the manager. Mike has ignored my calls, text, and emails. When I speak with him directly, he says he will see what he can do, but nothing has been resolved.
