To be honest, there have been 3 management companies since October of 2024, When I moved in. And the prior two have thought they had cornered the market on this property. As you see they are gone. Reply to owner: what is the number that we are using to get in touch with your team? The 895 number listed here and on the portal, does not work!!! They recently switched back to their original company, GVA. Update: April 2025 STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY REFUND. Update: is may 19th2024 and they STILLHAVEN'T GIVEN ME MY REFUND:I am STILL waiting on my security deposit to be returned as of December 2023. I moved out in June. They lied to me and will not make it right. Do not rent here unless you like being lied to and taken advantage of. Amenities (i.e. outside lights, hall lights, swimming pool upkeep, pest control, mandatory trash pickup at your door) are charged on top of rent and are expected to be paid same day of notification of how much. If someone leaves furniture or mattress next to the dumpsters the whole apartment complex divides the cost and is charged. Trash pickup doesn't service 3rd floor apartment regularly.
