Just got approved , applying was fast and management was Great at keeping me informed on the process. I know it is the perfect place for me. ❤
Animals in the walls, per foia report was being fined by the city for holes in exterior walls going into the interior, was like this for the two years I lived here allowing black mold to grow, animals in walls such as squirrels and birds, this complex is a danger to families health
Richard was amazing! He fixed every issue in a matter of DAYS! I'd give 10 stars if possible
I just moved in and things have been great…I like autumn chase, a little older but quiet and spacious apartments. I saw a lot of the old reviews but at move in Kyle reassured me there was new management and things would improve. I saw him cleaning the laundry room the other day and thought id like to give autumn chase a shot out! I was nervous!
