For several years I have lived at these apartments and before it came under its current management this has been a terrific place to live. Maintenance issues were handled promptly and correctly(rare that they were) friendly leasing agents, and great customer service. However now that it has a new management in charge, things have gone down hill very quickly. Above and Beyond – My apartment flooded recently after only living in it for about 2 months. Water Heaters burst from time to time when they are worn out. This actually has happened in my old apartment in Louisiana when I was in college. To make a long story short, the maintenance and office staff (Jennifer especially) made sure that I was accomodated during the two-day clean up process. BAD SERVICE!!! WORST EVER – I went to Autumn Chase to lease a apartment. The leasing agent name Julie started helping me. She is the worst leasing agent ever. She completely miss lead me! When I went in I told Julie i really need to do the ASAP and make sure that I get this apartment before I give my notice... I told her over and over again. Inconsistent information – I do not recommend leasing an apt @ Autumn Chase apts in carrollton texas. We were given an apt w/ a water stain on the ceiling & told that if we listed it on our 'move-in inventory' it would be fixed. Here we are almost 3 months later, the 'water stain' is now a full blown leak, so every time it rains, we have a leak in our apt. We contacted the local office as well as corporate & still no resolution. There are ants in our apt, supposedly pest control came by & sprayed, but we still have ANTS. We ... read more
