Autumn Air is an excellent company. Their techs are knowledgeable and you can rely on both their diagnosis and ability to resolve any maintainance issues. Moreover, the owner, Will, is a pleasure to work with....he's an honest and good guy. Since 2014 Autumn Air has serviced my units. If you need an air cinditioning company you can rely on and trust, Autumn Air will not dissapoint.

They were always very good when I got Jim as a tech. Today, Mon 8/15, the tech I was suppose to get, that I called to tell him he was not needed to save him a trip, called me back and called me a F----- Jerk. why, because he didn't check his voice mail, not to go to my house, not my fault. normally they would get 5 stars but this guy put a damper on this business.
New to this company and very happy. Jim IS THE BEST!
