Terrible customer service. Nothing about this establishment is professional. When you hold them accountable, they will harass you, and do anything possible to give you a hard time. Save your self the hassle. None of the reviews on the website are real. Also just FYI its a law the you have 20 days past your due date to pay your car payment before they can reposes your car. The front desk lady had the worst attitude
I don’t understand how this place is open. I’ve had my car for a total of 14 days and they won’t fix any of the problems. That’s sad. I pay my car payment on time and I still have to fix the mechanical issues that probably occurred before I even bought the car. I haven’t even had a car for a month
