People are super friendly and knowledgeable.
It can be really frustrating when your car does the unexpected like having a dead battery without warning. I presented to AutoZone on a hot day, wanting to hurry and get back home. Blake T greeted me and was ready to help me out. His customer service and knowledge was great. We tested my old battery to ensure I needed a new one.
