I needed a windshield wiper blade replacement and the Young Woman who assisted me was simply wonderful. She went to my truck removed the wiper blade:went to the aisle and retrieved the correct size. Double checked the system. Measured the blade size. Returned to my truck out it on. And waited for me to start my vechicle and turn the windshield wipers on to make sure it was an absolute fit before I left the store parking lot. THATS WHAT I CALL REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kudos ‼️‼️

Today we visited this store again, hoping to fix our 2007 Ford Fusion. I had been here before, and honestly, the customer service was just okay. But this time, it was exceptional—Norman, the manager, went above and beyond. He helped my husband and me find the exact parts we needed, and his customer service was truly what’s missing in most businesses today. If you go, make sure to ask for Norman—you won’t regret it!
