It wasn't busy when I arrived on a Saturday afternoon. I knew what I was looking for but was surprised no one offered to help me find what I needed.
Bradley recently helped me out with an issue where I simply didn’t have the tools to complete the job. Excellent customer service, excellent timing and very professional. As much as I appreciated him, I didn’t appreciate his female coworker coming 3’ outside the door to smoke. Five stars for him; one star for her. A simple walk down the side of the building so that it doesn’t impact customers goes along way.
Our granddaughter’s vehicle wouldn’t start so we drove over and got her jumped but didn’t feel secure about the starter system so we came in and were immediately greeted by a very kind and friendly attendant by the name of Bradley (Brad) and he came right out and did a system evaluation and immediately found the issue. “Big Red” got us fixed-up immediately and recommended a great portable battery starter with a built in LED flashlight and phone charging bank. There's a big guy with red hair and a tall black guy with dreadlocks. I was just there for Father's Day. Those guys are extremely polite. They have the best customer service. Nice job AutoZone on having those two working at this location. I highly recommend everyone to visit this store.
